the dinner experiment tonight is eggplant/onion/mushroom/tofu stirfry on egg noodles. pretty tasty, though the tofu didn't turn out as well as could have been hoped; it sat in ginger-lime marinade most of the day but didn't pick up that much flavor.
i have discovered that the key to learning how to use chopsticks well - as with many other things - is to buy a set, and then use them at every opportunity.
it seems like everyone i know is getting hooked up lately. it's kinda neat. :)
