well, i had an entry typed up. then our 'net crashed, and the lochjournal crashed, so, short version: had dinner at Delfino's with Grant and Dan and Ginger. they screwed up Grant's pizza (because spinach is the same as mushrooms, pepperoni, and sausage), and, while they did make him a new one, they suggested that in the meantime, he could eat around the spinach (which was trapped between two layers of Chicago style pizza (um, right.)

so, that got fixed, and dinner was fun. then Grant went home, and the three of us wandered B&N, looking at all the kids books and pointing out which ones we'd read. yay for happy evenings.
