this makes a ton of food. i cut down on the amounts of mushrooms and sausage, and there's still a ton. watch the flour, it browns FAST. i used "smoked garlic sausage" instead of andollie, to try to cut down on the amount of spice, and it's tasty. can prolly cut down on the amount amount of cayenne pepper, it's a touch spicy for me.
50 minutes from start to finish, not bad for a new recipe.added
