Today's recipe recommendation: Petite Turkey Meatloaves. I did them in a muffin tin, and a pound of turkey made 16 tiny meatloaf muffins. Oh, and if you happen to have some leftover homemade barbecue sauce in your fridge, to use instead of ketchup? Noms, indeed. The turkey is perfect; most beef meatloaf I've had has been way too heavy.
We're eating them with crockpot risotto and broccoli and pineapple. So good. (And this is hardly an original thought, but if one wanted to stuff some cheese in the middle of the meatloaf, I bet it'd be really good.)
