For the record, this is really, really good. Even if you have to leave out the mushrooms and puree the tomatoes. You can use sorghum flour in place of the gluten-free AP just fine, if that's what you have on hand. And kielbasa instead of Italian sausage.

You want to make it right now. Seriously. Go on. Get. And expect leftovers. I made a half batch and the 12 inch Calphalon pan is full.
