The time change is messing with me in new and interesting ways this year. Somehow, this semester, I grew the magical ability to wake up without an alarm at 6:15 every day. I still set one, just in case, but I've needed it once. Where this ability came from, I've no idea, as I've needed an alarm my whole life. It's been very pleasant, not having to wake up to BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.
Well, I wasn't sure what would happen with the time change, as waking up at 7:15 is a non-viable proposition. So I set an alarm Sunday night, and tossed and turned and stared at the ceiling, but I chalked that up to wrecking my sleep schedule over break + normal Sunday night "don't wannas". Monday night, though, same deal. Last night, same deal. But, each morning I've woken up at 6:15, clock time (without an alarm). While I'm grateful that I'm still waking up on my own, I'm starting to hit that walk-into-walls level of sleep dep.
