This weekend, we're getting our second major winter storm of the season, in an area that often sees no "winter weather" in a winter. It started last night, and kept up most of today. Depending on where you are out there, we've got somewhere between 6 and 8 inches. The road is a sheet of ice covered with a little snow, even though we got plowed twice today. We didn't go anywhere today, we likely won't go anywhere tomorrow, and I'm starting to doubt Monday.
It's been a deliciously lazy day. Some trashy TV, a lot of Scrabble on Facebook, some Torchwood, a lovely nap this afternoon. I made homemade ricotta this morning, which turns out to be beyond easy (and so much better than anything you'll buy), and used it on a pizza (with crescent roll dough for the crust). Noms.
Hope and Faith and I are playing yet another game of Scrabble, and then I think it's going to be time to sack out with a book.
