Today brought a kind of new recipe. I was jonesing for chocolate chip cookies, but we're low on eggs. So I googled and hey, what do you know, there's a ton of eggless chocolate chip recipes out there. I ended up halving this one, using all butter instead of butter + shortening, half the amount of chocolate chips called for (which was still plenty) and 6 tablespoons sugar and 2 of molasses.

They're lucious. Moist, cakelike, rich. It's a good thing I froze half the batter.
