So, Friday afternoon after class, we headed up to Douthat State Park for a camping weekend with yesthatjill and flummox. All goals for the weekend were met: eat, sleep, nap, knit, read. The park was gorgeous, quiet, and immaculately maintained, and we had a really lovely time. I need to post a camping meals postmortum and start the standing packing list, so that we don't do things like forget napkins and kitchen towels and enough blankets again.

Meantime, though, our thoughts were and are with gorski and ambermae and family.
