veggies

It's starting to be the season of good eats. Tonight, corn and tomatoes, from the big farmer's market; asparagus and strawberries, from our small one; organic cucumbers and cheese from the co-op; local eggs, devilled; big old homemade biscuits. Last night was about the same, with shrimp (not local nor organic, alas) for me and Val and andoille for Jeff, and hot German potato salad.
