farmer's market run: lettuce, potatoes, watermelon, cucumbers, eggs, sausage, ground beef, stew beef, squash, grapes

tonight: whiskey river burgers
Sunday: chef salads - deviled eggs, ham, veggies, avacado - and crescent rolls
Monday: tacos
Tuesday: something new? to be decided after I clean out the fridge
Wednesday: chickpeas patties
Thursday: Val cooking - seafood, something for Jeff, potatoes, salad
Friday: out of town camping

lunches: I've a hankering for tofu and noodles or rice and vegetables.

When I've had to do that before I usually take a portion of the main parts to set aside for a separate gluten free version, if it's possible. It's only a little extra work and you don't have to worry about picky eaters not touching stuff because it's too weird.

Don't forget cornstarch is a great thickener, and cornbread stuffing is awesome!
