Oh, man. I made up a half batch of susandennis's quiche muffins and they are really, really good. We don't stock Bisquick around here, so I just threw in a teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of sugar, and a quarter teaspoon of salt into my flour. A bunch of onions flakes, breakfast sausage for the meat, and a quarter cup of cheese. They're good. They could be cheesier, but that's always my reaction to things with cheese. :) A half batch made up 11 muffins in my small tin, and so I have a few breakfast's worth left. Noms. :)
