Today was a historic occasion: I got my first (of what I'm sure will be many in my career) email saying "ZOMG I'm failing this class and I don't know what I can do and I need to pass this class because" [I need to keep my financial aid/insurance/stay on the team/not piss off my parents/whatever.] To be fair, the student did ask about a tutor, but there are 4 class days left, what the heck does the student expect a tutor to be able to do?
