four of the first six posts on my friends list this morning were about people not sleeping well. for reasons not related to time change. weird.
me? i did something i never do... i turned off the alarm, closed my eyes for "just a second", and it was half an hour later. whoops. =/ i got up and popped my meds, but i think i'm going back to bed for half an hour...
for the love of Bob, why won't you talk? please? say something, anything, instead of staring at the instructor slack-jawwed. aren't you sick and tired of listening to me and the ROTC chick and the professor talking by now? are you afraid of being wrong or something? if you're wrong, the prof is going to make some smart-assed remark and move on to the next person. which is what he does anyhow. so please, please, get over it and talk; class will go much faster for all of us.
it's 79 degrees out there! :) woot.
i need a warm weather icon. this'll have to do for now. :)
it is so cool when something we've studied in class pops up elsewhere that isn't a textbook or assigned reading for a class. granted, it's something i'm reading for a paper for that class, but, still. it makes the stuff we're studying seem so much more real, and that's a really spiffy feeling.
