feeling vaguely unsettled today for some reason. not cool.

feeling better, sick wise. once i got to sleep last night, i slept pretty well.

job number one this afternoon, job number two this evening. someone want to come write an essay about how social interaction is organized and patterned for me?

[edit]: sorry for the spam; Lochjournal spit up an error about not being able to get a database lock and posted 80 times. is there any other way to delete an entry other than having to edit the entry and erase the whole thing?

Evan And Jaron - Crazy For This Girl -

my wonderful boyfriend came over last night, made me dinner, listened to me whine about being sick, cuddled me, and generally made me feel better.

i called my wonderful roommate tonight and asked her to get juice on her way home from volunteering. she called back and told me that i sounded like warmed over ass and that she'd kick my butt if i got on a bus. she came and picked me up from work and carted me to the grocery store, whereupon i procured lots of soup and juice for our little household.

    Counting Crows - Anna Begins

you know it's thursday night when...

384 words. and i don't have the option of not turning it in this week; i used my free week last week.

ah, well. i'm chugging along, and using lots of examples. examples are good; they eat up word count.

while i'm procrastinating for the moment... it's the time again for me to put in my plug for people to come volunteer at Lambert. you don't have to be queer to volunteer there; we just want people who like youth. we'll be running a training for new volunteers sometime around the beginning of March (that i'm putting together, wheeee). if you don't want to commit to shift volunteering, we can always use project and activity volunteers (especialy people who drive, but we'll take anyone who isn't certifiable and who can marginally pass a criminal background check). anyone interested?
