we. sign. our. lease. today. :) *bounce* yes, i'm happy. the new house is nifty. and it's a house. :)

dude. it's ours. :) lease is signed, large gobs of money handed over, keys in Carl's hands to make copies of this afternoon. woot. :)

now we just have to pack and move. whee.
