Damn. Best teriyaki ever. The pork was the perfect foil for it. We have another pork chop in the freezer, and it is going to be teriyaki sooooooon.
Also, I had a head of cabbage in the fridge that was dying to be slaw, and my body was begging for vegetables, so I mixed up thinly sliced cabbage, shredded carrots, and a bit of dried fruit. Dressing was more or less equal parts sesame oil, peanut oil, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar. It wants for crunch - cashews? - but is lovely.
