I did some lunch prep for the week today - a triple batch of tortillas (and while I was at it, we had over easy egg tacos for dinner, so good) and splitting baby carrots into Tupperware and peeling and sectioning many pounds of oranges and making sausage balls. I'm going to have to carry lunch with me four days a week this semester, so the more prep work that gets done on the weekend, the better.

It's been a quiet day. Sunday morning breakfast, bookstore and Bruegger's run, reading and cooking and fixing the kitchen. I can't complain.
