1 pound bulk sausage
1 cup flour
1 cup or so of cheese, grated (more or less, depending on how much you like cheese)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
milk to taste
Smoosh up the sausage. Moosh in the cheese. Mix together the dry goods and moosh them in. Mix in a little milk as needed to make it all stick together.
Roll up into balls, and bake at 350 for half an hour or so. These freeze beautifully and nuke quickly, so one could make a batch of these and a batch of quiche muffins and be in fast breakfasts for a good long time.
