Noms. Leftover rice from last weekend's take-out Chinese incident + bok choy that was going wilty (cooked separately) + a couple of eggs + a container of tofu + a bit of pork leftover from last night = fried rice. And not letting the rice, bok choy, or pork go off, which pleases me, since we've been throwing away far too much food lately.
