This morning was Sunday breakfast (eggs, roasted potatoes, and sausage, and lots of coffee - we are creatures of habit) and more Monopoly, which has been a fixation with the kids. Thursday night, they played with their dad and I did the bank until I literally couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. Yesterday, we played until we decided that we were at a draw, 3 hours in. (Well, kind of - I said I couldn't sit anymore, and P., the little girl, took over my spot, but she lost the battle of wills with her attention span pretty quickly, too). This morning, we played for another three hours, until I finally lost, getting my clock cleaned by the 8 year old, who is going to grow up to be a real estate mongel. :)

Clone Wars was much better than I expected. I was skeptical of animated Star Wars, but it felt like a real Star Wars movie. It managed to be a kid's movie without being patronizing, and it's always fun to watch SW style action on a big screen.

M. is napping, and P & T are playing Webkinz. I need to prep for tomorrow, and man, I don't wanna.
