So, we have the new hard drive in my dad's laptop, and Windows is reinstalled (his hard drive died a miserable flaming death awhile back), and Open Office and Firefox and other assorted. My mother's computer is fixed, and running, and locked the hell down - I tried to delete a shortcut while logged in as her, and it didn't work. WOOT. :) So I'll run those over to them tomorrow, and that should be the end of mom's computer problems for awhile.
