Sirloin steak, seared briefly on each side then put into a 375 oven for 15 minutes with garlic, salt, and pepper. Twice baked potatoes. Brocoli cooked in the pan drippings from the steak. Strawberry and peach shortcake, with real whipped cream.

Best of all? There's leftovers of everything. :)
