So, should you find yourself with leftover bread this Thanksgiving weekend (one loaf being not enough and two loaves been too much to fill your largest casserole dish with bread for stuffing) might I suggest bread pudding
? We didn't even need the bourbon sauce, though I'm sure it's delightful, and I didn't have any raisins on hand. The recipe divided nicely by three (there wasn't that much leftover bread). It was just that good all by itself.
