Impressive: the student loan company has online chat available, so I don't have to talk to the CSR on the phone. Woot.

Not impressive: the CSR's punctuation and grammar.

[eta]: Even less impressive - the fact that I missed the "2008" on the statement and got in a tizzy, thinking that they were trying to start my payments early. Whoops.
