So, I'm dusting off my Fitday account and entering my food intake again. I'm not crazy about Fitday - too much processed food, and it can be hard to find the real food buried in there and figure out how it's been tagged (for example, I never have found an option for grilled steak) - but it's easy to use and accessible from anywhere, and I'm too lazy to home brew a solution. I eat better when I'm journalling my food. [eta: so there's ravioli, cheese filled; ravioli, meat filled; ravioli, cheese and spinach filled; but cheese and meat? Nope. *grump*]
Entering my food for today so far reminds me that I've got to remember that sugar is not a food group.
