Making fresh pasta proves much easier when you've had some recent practice making homemade tortillas. It also helps when they're squares for lasagne, so there's a lot less worry about making them perfect.

I've done a ton of dishes and finished my homework for tonight and made two lasagnes with fresh pasta (one is headed straight for the freezer after it bakes and cools off tonight) and I'm almost caught up on the blog for the last couple of days. Days like this, I wish I could bottle my motivation to dole out later. :)
