We're on a cycle starting on Saturdays these days because of the Saturday morning farmer's market.
Tonight: chicken soup (organic chicken)
Sunday: salad (veggies from the farmer's market and my dad's garden)
Monday: beef ribs, farmer's market potatoes, corn
Tuesday: waffles and local sausage
Wednesday: salisbury steak, mashed potatoes
Thursday: beef tacos (with the rest of the beef from Wednesday), (localish (Ohio) cheese; when we run through the tortillas we have, I want to take a crack at making my own)
Friday: homemade pizza
