Dinner plans got shuffled around, since we are a household lacking in soy sauce. Instead, we did the green salad tonight. Lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, yellow pepper, hard boiled eggs, sun-dried tomato vinegrette. Everything but the apples, croutons, and dressing was local, and man, it was so, so tasty. Eating well really is a pleasure.
