I finally got around to putting up some pictures of the pinwheel blanket that I made Jeff's mom. Not the world's greatest pictures, but they get the point across. It was a lot of fun to make (other than starting it, which was a bitch that I finally accomplished using 2 circulars and casting on with 10 stitches instead of five, which left a slightly bigger but easily dealt with center hole) and ended up very pretty, I thought. I used 2 skeins of Homespun, on size 10.5 circulars, in some joe-random shade of green, because I wanted/needed economical, machine washable, and varigated. All in all, it was a fun project, and made for good mindless knitting. If you knit and are looking for something slightly different in the way of baby blanket/lap blanket, I highly recommend the pattern.
