i'm with misty, life is good, and everyone deserves to be happy. i'm feeling more peaceful and content this morning than i have in awhile, and it's nice.

saturday night i tripped down to scotts valley, where we promptly drove back up to newark to go to red robin for zhannie's birthday. mmm, good. yesterday was reading and talking and walking and coffee, and then someone got a wild hair about wanting something specific for dinner, so back up to berkeley and el cerrito we went...

this morning came way too early. i also proved, once again, that i have no sense of direction. how the heck else do you manage to get lost between the fremont bart station and work, which is like seven miles off?
