Why, oh why, did it take me so long to discover Sarah Vowell? I picked up The Partly Cloudy Patriot on a whim from the library after reading about it somewhere online, and I'm in love. She's funny, witty, readable, sarcastic, and quotable. I picked it up to read last night and have been reading bits of it at Jeff ever since.

It's also a bit dense, like good dark chocolate. I'm about halfway through the volume, and it's time for a break. But wow, this is such good reading.
