It's a gorgeous day out there, and I'm inside, reading about homocide rates across the world (anyone want to guess who the World Health Organization says has the highest homicide rate?) and feminist theories of violent behavior. Meh. It's got to get done, though, and I've been a major slackass this week, so it really needs to get done. I should try to get outside and get some sun tomorrow, though.

I type my notes faster than I can handwrite them (and it's better for my wrist and hand), so I generally try to do so when I can. That means, however, that I have to exercise some force of will and keep myself from taking breaks to read LJ and knitting blogs every five minutes. So far, I've been losing my saving throws against that.
