I spent some time at work today going back and tagging entries for the last year. Lots of books, lots of cooking, lots of school. I kind of want to go back and sort through the rest of it (five years, damn, how did that happen) and pick out the book posts and the recipes and a few other assorted things to tag so that I can find them easily, but I'm not up to digging through four years of LJ right now to do it. Not because it's going to take forever - though it will - but there's a lot of unhappy in there. There's a lot of happy, too, don't get me wrong - but I realized while tagging this year that while there's been some low points and there's definitely some localized stress going on, I've been pretty happy this year. That's a nice thing to realize.
