Usually the Audio or large type copies have less of a wait.

*nodnod* That's a good idea. Like I said, I'm a book behind, so by the time I get around to it, it should be more reasonable. I've discovered that I'm too impatient, most of the time, for audiobooks. I can read faster than they can. :)

I really need to start over at the beginning of the series, since I don't remember what's been happening, but I've been unwilling to dedicate the reading time to it. But once I'm done with C.S. Lewis, that would make excellent work reading. Hrms. :)

If you're on a list that long, you probably do have time to get through the whole series. :D I loaned Ginger a copy of the first book to see if she'd be interested in the series, what with book 6 just coming out. I bet she can read the whole first book in half an hour :)

Aside from that I think there are 600+ copies so there really shouldn't be too long of a wait at all.

:) If there's still a line when I get to it, that would be cool. But you're right, the line is going to go quickly enough.

Amazon promptly delivered mine on Saturday, good people that they are. Spent most of Sat. and Sun. reading it. Pretty good, but I thought 4 and 5 were better. If you need to read it before you get to the front of the line on the library's list, you can borrow mine.
