Dinner tonight was a bastardized version of Jillie's Jambalasta, which is one of my favorite foods in the whole world. At this point, I've bastardized it enough that I should probably find another name for it, but "chicken and sausage with spicy tomato sauce" is a bit of a mouthful. So tasty, though. I need to remember to cut down on the pepper some more next time though; I reduced it for this batch and we were both still gasping.
