I realized that I had a couple of punch-cards for the Pullen Park Pool with punches left on them, so I dragged Jeff out swimming with me. Now I feel all warm and stretchy and worn out but in a good way. I wish I could bottle this feeling up and take a whiff of it every time I need motivation to go exercise.

It looks like it's going to rain, and we have DVDs to watch, and chicken nuggets and potato tots for dinner. It's a good day. :)
