1. exercise/body - stretch five minutes each day; drink 64 ounces of water (at least) a day; work out for at least 30 minutes at a time at least twice a week; build big jealous huge fences around my sleep and make sure that i get enough sleep every night (barring insomnia); consistently enter my food intake into fitday and get my fat calories down to thirty percent, and go from there
2. personal - have my driver's license by the end of the year; less time spent staring slackjawed at the internet
3. reading - one non-fiction book a month
4. attend at least one live musical event with Jeff
5. household - make a schedule for cleaning tasks and stick to it; make at least one new recipe a month
6. have fun :)
