since i wasn't terribly organized when i packed my stuff (read: i just threw everything into boxes, with the breakable stuff padded sufficiently) (Amtrak gets my adoration for getting all of my stuff, down to the coffee mugs, here and unbroken) i got the pleasure of popping open all of my boxes today to try to find the stuff i want to take with me this week (most of my stuff is staying here at my parents until Jeni and i are settled somewhere. there is no need, for example, to schlep garb to Tonya and George's. or all my books. or most of my kitchen stuff. or Christmas lights. or... you get the point.)

wheee. i swear, at some point in the next year, i will find somewhere and stay put. hopefully. i'm tired of moving.
