1. Made ice tea today - 4 teaspoons mint tea, 4 plugs of pu erh, boiled for a little over 5 minutes, water to fill a half gallon container, 1/4 cup of sugar. Tasty, though the mint way overwhelmed the pu erh. Next time, I'm thinking 3 parts pu erh to 1 part mint. And maybe 1/3 a cup of sugar.
2. Made clafoutis
, with strawberries. I scooped out a little bit, just to see how it'd turned out... and I'm staying put in the office, to avoid ruining my dinner with it. It's that good. I know what I'm having with breakfast tomorrow, with yogurt.
